LLM, University of Essex, 2002
LLB University of Zambia, 1976.

In response to President Mwanawasa's statement that Zambians overseas failed to make the grade back home, Terence stated that, "My experience with living in London is that most Zambians and indeed other foreign nationals may do odd jobs here but are far better off than they were when they were in Zambia.

"Secondly, to generalize that they left because they failed to make a mark back home only exhibits how narrow some mindsets can be. I for one I am a qualified lawyer and an Advocate of the Supreme and High Court of Zambia. I am also a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales with an LLM and working in a reputable law firm in London. I have served the government through the National Assembly and I cannot call myself a failure.

"Moreover, many Zambians living abroad send considerable amount of money to support their families every month. This then means Zambia is benefiting in reducing destitution and in foreign currency on the economic side."
