Chrispin was born at his grandfather Kawa (William) Ntungo Simukwanya’s village by River Mwame, in Mbala, Zambia, Africa on November 4, 1961. People called the village William after his grandfather’s English name.
He attended Mbala Government School from 1970 to 1976 and Isoka Secondary School from 1977 to 1981.
He was admitted to the University of Zambia School of Agricultural Sciences in November 1982. After completing his Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences degree in July 1987, he accepted a Training Instructor position at the Natural Resources Development College (NRDC) in Lusaka.
In April 1988, Chrispin was retained by the University of Zambia as a Staff Development Fellow.
He pursued his Master’s degree in Agribusiness Management from 1988 to 1991 at the University of Manitoba. After achieving his master’s degree he worked as a Lecturer at the University of Zambia in 1992.
In January 1993, he returned to the University of Manitoba to pursue his doctorate degree in Agricultural Economics, which he earned in October 1996.
Chrispin met the sweetheart of his life Grace Kamanga at the University of Zambia in 1992. The two were married on August 8, 1993 in Lusaka and have since been blessed with four children Myazwe, Mbawemi, Chawezi and Mutende.
Chrispin has dedicated himself to writing and training to inspire, motivate and empower individuals to recognize and exploit their potential while achieving their goals since 2003. He founded Thursday with Chrispin Ntungo (TwCN) in 2003.
The popularity of TwCN articles speaks volumes to their practicality and relevance. Chrispin is also a published author of Well Disciplined To Excel (2005), Influence for Positive Change (2006) and The Secret Behind America’s Might (2006). At the time of publishing this book Chrispin worked as Acting Manager of Quality Services at the City of Winnipeg Property Assessment Department. TwCN.

Florence is a human rights lawyer with the Department of Justice, Canada. She is a member of the Bar in Ontario, a Solicitor of the Court of Appeal of Ontario and the Superior Court of Justice. She is an accomplished public civil servant with 17 years Federal and Provincial government experience in providing legal and policy on issues such as human rights law, anti-discrimination, employment equity, gender and equality issues.
As a Senior Policy Advisor, Florence was recognised with a Government of Canada merit award for a distinguished contribution to the Privy Council Office for supporting and providing advice to the office of the Prime Minister of Canada on issues related to the Prime Minister’s prerogative for appointments to public office such as successive Deputy Minister shuffles, diplomatic corps and appointments of CEOs to Boards and Agencies. She served in this capacity from 2005-2007.
Florence served with the Ontario provincial government from 1990 to 1994, as Special Advisor to a Cabinet Minister and the Attorney General of Ontario. She is also a former Ontario provincial prosecutor.

Dr. Mukwavi started his ministry in Zambia planting a church in Mufulira and serving as pastor at Evangel Church, Chingola. He served as Project Coordinator and Operations Manager which also served as a deputy director position.
In August 1975, the most significant life event took place when the young seventeen year old in the last year of high school gave his life to Jesus Christ.
In 1987, Rev Mutale began theological studies in Zambia. By fortune of Mrs. Mutale’s commonwealth scholarship, the family moved to Canada in 1988.
Rev Mutale served a two point all white parish in the Annapolis Valley for eight years. In 1998, he became pastor of Victoria Road United Baptist Church
in Dartmouth following the retirement of the legendary Dr Donald E. Fairfax. At Victoria Rd, Rev Mutale established many different types of community projects
in the church covering youth employment, literacy development for adults, and work readiness programs. He has a strong community emphasis. He is also an avid
sportsman who enjoys playing, coaching and refereeing soccer.
In 2002, he became Regional Minister for Region VII, the African United Baptist Association.

He now "practices Administrative Law, Human Rights Law, Immigration Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional law, Family law all at both trial and appeal levels and International Law of Human Rights. His zeal for law and justice are influenced by terrible circumstances he endured in his shaping years."

Hanneke'S thesis focused on the relationship between the structural complexity of corals and associated reef fish communities and the assessment of impact of small-scale fisheries in the Spermonde Archipelago, Sulawesi, Indonesia.
Her working career started as Fisheries Biologist for the Netherlands Institute for Fisheries Research in the Netherlands where she conducted research on the catch composition and population dynamics of target and non-target fish species in the Dutch beam trawl fishery and on alternative fishing methods to reduce by-catch.
Longing to return to the tropics, in 1999 Hanneke took up a position as (coastal/marine) Technical Advisor for a conservation project in the Philippines for the Netherlands Development Agency. Here she worked closely with local communities, conducted extensive coastal monitoring and training activities, and developed an integrated coastal management plan for the area.
In 2001 she moved to Kenya to join the United Nations Environment Programme, Regional Seas Programme where she dealt with a broad set of issues, including small islands issues, cetacean management, mangrove response to climate change and marine invasive species. Since September 2006 she works in Hamilton, Canada for UNU-INWEH as programme officer coastal zones, and together with Dr. Peter Sale manages and coordinates coastal projects, including the Dubai project.
