Dr. Chibiliti, is a very interesting person who believes learning never ends. His quest for knowledge has seen him through medical school, business school, and flying school! Starting his career as an intern at Nchanga Mine Hospital after medical school, he moved to Konkola Mine Hospital as a Medical Officer, before migrating to South Africa in 1996. He spent the next nine years educating himself while contemplating on his next move. He briefly spent time in Namibia before moving to New Zealand and finally "down under" Australia where he makes his home and working on getting a Private Pilot License. What can be more fun than flying your own plane! A doctor, businessman and a pilot, just what the doctor ordered! Even his early school days in Zambia saw him criss-crossing the country, from North to South.

Elliot has been with Centennial Coal since November 2005, where he works as Geotechnical Engineer with responsibilities that include geotechnical and mine geology issues in underground longwall mines. Prior to joining Centennial Coal, he worked at Rio Tinto Coal Australia as Senior Geotechnical Engineer from September 2004 to November 2005. At Rio Tinto, his responsibilities included all geotechnical and mine geology functions at Kestrel Coal Longwall Mine.

He has also worked at Anglo Coal Australia for two years from 2002 to September 2004 and Site Geotechnical Engineer and spent another two years at De Beers as Geotechnical Officer from 1999 to 2001.

Jackson's major interests has been in Network Engineering (Data and Voice), which he says he is "still developing my skills and qualifications in this area while my work involves developing VoIP enterprise solutions."
